Peter started his life in a rambling Victorian house that had secret passageways. Peter often combined his deep spiritual connection to nature to insightful landscape images. He was recognized for his success in portrait, landscape, and abstract light-painting photography for over forty years. Throughout his life he also lived in Columbia, Warsaw, MO and Cedar City, UT. Marty worked for many years at Desert Tire, recapping tires. They were married on January 2, 1998, and recently celebrated their 25 th anniversary. The thickened heart muscle can make it harder for the heart to pump blood. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a disease in which the heart muscle becomes thickened (hypertrophied). The Medical Team declared his condition as HCM. At the time of his medical emergency, he was practicing with the Epiphany Modeling Troop and collapsed. Jordan graduated from Anson High School in 2022, and was attending Winston-Salem State University majoring in Psychology. He spent a lot of time in the Burnsville Community with his Papa and Grandma, Bernard and Frances Staton, and his great grandmother, Mary Ann Staton. Jordan lived in Wadesboro with his Mother and extended family, Khaliha Staton, Khasiah & Wyzae Martin.
